Data Deletion Instructions

You can delete your FabricaPosts data at any time. Two options are available, depending on the scope you want:

Option 1 — Revoke Instagram connection

To disconnect Instagram only (without deleting the account):

1. Sign in at fabrica-de-posts.site/en/signin
2. Open Settings from the sidebar
3. Find the "Connected Instagram" card and click Disconnect
4. Confirm in the dialog

Immediately after confirmation:

• The Instagram API access token is deleted from the database
• References to your Instagram Business Account ID and username are removed
• Already-published posts remain on Instagram — they belong to your account and are not controlled by us

Option 2 — Delete full account

To delete your FabricaPosts account and all associated data (carousels, brand, assets, history):

1. Email privacy@fabrica-de-posts.site from the address registered on your account
2. Subject: Delete FabricaPosts account
3. Body: confirm the deletion request. You may include a reason (not required)

We acknowledge receipt within 5 business days. Full deletion is executed within 30 calendar days from acknowledgement and covers:

• Your row in auth.users (Supabase)
• All rows in tables that depend on your user_id (cascaded via ON DELETE CASCADE foreign keys): carousels, posts, brand identity, assets, references, instagram_accounts, audit logs
• R2 objects under the prefixes generated/<your user_id>/ and posts/<your user_id>/
• Tokens in encrypted backup: purged within an additional 30 days

Tax and accounting exception. Tax documents (invoices, payment receipts) and the data strictly required for their issuance and archival are retained for 5 years after issuance, as required by the Brazilian Tax Code and tax legislation applicable to legal entities. After that period, this data is also purged.

Revoke via Instagram (alternate path)

You can also revoke FabricaPosts' access directly on Instagram:

1. Open instagram.com/accounts/manage_access
2. Find FabricaPosts in the authorized apps list
3. Click Remove

This invalidates our token on Meta's side. Our next API call fails with an authentication error, and the stored token is flagged invalid on the next daily cron (within 24h). You may also follow Option 1 above to delete the local reference immediately.
